The short version

An enquiry reaches us as an email and nothing more. There is no customer database behind this site, you are not added to a mailing list, and it uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Information this site handles

What you type into an enquiry form stays on your device while you fill it in. Nothing leaves the page until you choose how to send it, and the last step shows you exactly what will go.

Pressing Send my enquiry sends those details from your browser straight to Web3Forms — a form-relay service — which delivers them as an email to info@ithandimbvelosolarsolutions.com. They do not pass through this website on the way: its server never receives your enquiry and stores nothing. Web3Forms handles the details in order to deliver them, and your email address is set as the reply address so the company can answer you directly.

You can avoid that route entirely. Choosing Open in your email app hands the same message to your own email application, where you review it and press Send yourself, and copying or downloading the draft keeps it with you. WhatsApp and plain email are on the contact page too. Whichever you choose, your message is then handled by the email or messaging providers involved.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting service may process standard technical access information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site securely and reliably. This is used for operation and security, not to build a marketing profile of you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie policy for detail.

Who else handles your enquiry

Two services sit behind this site. Cloudflare hosts it and delivers every page. Web3Forms relays enquiries sent with the Send my enquiry button, and sees the details of those enquiries in order to deliver them. Both act on the company’s instructions, and both process information outside South Africa.

Your choices and rights

The company keeps your enquiry as an email for as long as it needs to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. There is no marketing database. You may ask what the company holds, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have rights over your personal information.
